Couple mini-Intensives
A mini-Intensive (4 hours) can be very useful for busy couples who have difficulty coordinating weekly or biweekly sessions. You will be provided with a structured, immersive and focused program that will help move you forward as individuals, and also as partners, towards the kind of relationship that you are truly desiring.
Nothing matters more than the quality of your relationship. Changing unhealthy patterns, learning new skills, becoming more vibrant as an individual and in your relationship makes it a Win-Win-Win, for you, your partner and for everyone around you.
Relationships go through rocky times and it’s important to learn how to ride the waves, course correct and know the destination that you are aiming for. Maybe you are feeling worn down and there is little joy in your relationship, maybe resentment and anger are building due to unspoken desires. It is possible to feel better and a mini-Intensive can help.
Also, know that you don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from a mini-Intensive. Maybe you are wanting to work on a particular life challenge, such as a move or a life transition. The 4 hour mini-Intensive can provide structure and the safe containing space to start braving conversations in a new way.
In the mini-Intensive you will get your own personalized workbook that will guide our work together, and you can take it home with you to use afterwards.
A mini-Intensive has to be something BOTH of you want to do. One partner cannot persuade the other, both of you have to be invested and want to engage in the process. There is work involved. You will receive questionnaires for completion ahead of the mini-Intensive to assist me in preparing for your session and to help me know what it is that you want to work on.
The mini-Intensive could be one of the greatest gifts that you can give yourself and your relationship. If you are wanting to find out more then reach out today for a no cost brief consultation call to see if this is the service that is right for you.
Please note that if there is an untreated substance abuse problem or major mental health illness, or a current, undisclosed affair, then this is not the appropriate venue to address those issues.
