Psychotherapy services for couples and individuals
A safe space where you can explore more about yourself, your relationships and your story.
What is couple’s therapy?
As human beings, we are wired for connection. A fulfilling relationship can help us become the best version of ourselves, the benefits include having more joy, overall happiness, improved physical health, deeper connection that fosters friendship and emotional and physical intimacy. However, when it’s not working so well it can feel depleting, and a sense of disillusionment can start to take hold.
Do any of these statements resonate with you?
You feel like roommates rather than romantic partners
You have repetitive arguments that go nowhere
There have been unresolved disappointments and you are holding on to resentment
There is a sense of ‘stuckness’ in your relationship
My passion and expertise is in working with couples. No matter what your goals are, couples therapy will help you to learn new skills to help improve your relationship, and move you towards the relationship that you are longing for.
You do not need to be married to go to couples therapy, any type of relationship or partnership can benefit from doing couples counseling.
